I'm struggling a little bit on how to outline my essay. I have never been the type to outline and preview everything I am going to write. Ever since High School, I have always been able to write out my essays first and then I go back and piece together, rewrite, and fix where necessary because it is easier for me to think about what I am writing that way. I've never been a "plan ahead" type of student so all feedback is very much welcomed, and needed.
Thesis statement: The Needle Exchange is a program where drug users can exchange a dirty needle for a clean, and even though it seems to support drug addicts, the positive benefits of doing so has outweighed the negatives.

Conclusion:
Though it seems that The Needle Exchange is enabling and providing needles for drug users, the amount of needles that they have kept off the streets, out of playgrounds, dumpsters and public places in general were increasingly different than the needles being left on the ground. The Needle Exchange may appear to help drug addicts, but with this program less diseases are being spread, less needles are being stolen from stores, and they still try to help them with their addiction and get their life back.
